Walt Juchniewicz – President & CEO
Walt has worked as a broadcast engineer (high power RF transmission) since 1979; in 1986 he founded Juch-Tech Inc. to provide broadcast engineering services that eventually evolved into the current independent teleport operation. Today, he oversees the growth and the strategic direction of the enterprise he started over 25 years ago.

Chester Szkarlat – Vice President & COO
Chester’s extensive satellite experience comes through years of practical design and development of effective customer solutions through working with leading edge high performance telecommunications equipment. This background has contributed to the successful management of our continuing growth while retaining superior customer care levels.

Warren Hagan – Vice President & CTO
Warren’s design and implementation of a wide variety of IP communication systems and development initiatives, including new media solutions, leading edge satellite applications and multi-platform communications applications have fueled the dynamic growth of Juch-Tech Inc.

Our Vice President of Finance and Administration applies his accounting and financial decision making skills, with precision and attention to detail, to support accurate accounting information at both the client and the firm level. The CFO also supports the implementation of the firm’s business strategy to harness its future growth potential.
